Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note potential delays due to a high volume of orders or freight  problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Carrier: UPS

Simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate (limit 1- 2 items) shipping to all 48 US contiguous states.  For Alaska and Hawaii shipping rates please contact us.

Free shipping: To all 48 US contiguous states for orders over $75. (limit 5 items)

For volumes greater than the aforementioned, please contact us for current rates.

International orders please contact us.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible info@moontanusa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
